Meet the Founder

“At the end of the day, I want to be remembered not just as a CPA, but as someone who made a difference in the lives of the people and businesses I served. If I can help someone build a stronger future for their family, their employees, or their community, then I'll know I've succeeded.” - Heather Reynolds

Hi! I’m Heather Reynolds. For most of my career, I've been the person working behind the scenes to help organizations succeed. I've spent more than 25 years in accounting and finance, solving problems, leading teams, and helping businesses make sound financial decisions. I genuinely love what I do—not because of the numbers themselves, but because I know those numbers represent people's dreams, livelihoods, and futures.

Like many entrepreneurs, starting my own business has been both exciting and intimidating. There were plenty of reasons to wait for the "perfect" time, but I realized that dreams don't become reality by waiting. After years of investing my time and talents into helping others build successful organizations, I decided it was time to believe in myself and build something of my own.

I'm someone who believes in hard work, honesty, and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. Those values have guided every step of my career and are the foundation of the business I'm creating. I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about their success and will always give them honest advice.

This business is about more than accounting. It's about helping people feel less overwhelmed, more confident, and better equipped to achieve the goals they've worked so hard for. Whether it's a new entrepreneur opening their first business or a nonprofit trying to serve more people in its community, I want them to know they don't have to figure everything out alone.

On a personal level, this business represents resilience and a new chapter in my life. It reflects years of experience, lessons learned, and the courage to take a chance on myself. I hope that by building this firm, I not only create a successful business but also inspire others—especially women who may doubt themselves—to believe that it's never too late to pursue the future they've imagined.

At the end of the day, I want to be remembered not just as a CPA, but as someone who made a difference in the lives of the people and businesses I served. If I can help someone build a stronger future for their family, their employees, or their community, then I'll know I've succeeded.
